Meagan Hassan is an attorney. She received a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, a master’s degree from Georgetown University and a law degree from Temple University. She has been licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 2008.
Bill Boyce (Republican Incumbent)
Justice Bill Boyce has served on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals since 2007. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Houston Law Center. He clerked for Justice W. Eugene Davis on the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Boyce received a bachelor’s degree with honors and a law degree with honors from Northwestern University. He has been licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 1989 and is board certified in civil appellate law.
Boyce was named Appellate Judge of the Year by the Texas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists.
