Over the last eighteen years, Texans for Lawsuit Reform, State officials, and the Legislature have worked tirelessly to pass model tort reform legislation. However, these laws are only as good as the judges who give effect to them. Of the 14 intermediate appellate courts in Texas, there are a few of special impact and importance that deserve extra attention and support from conservatives, including the Third Court of Appeals in Austin.
Over the last twenty years, we in Texans for Lawsuit Reform, our State officials and the Legislature have worked tirelessly to pass model tort reform legislation.
