(Houston, TX) TLRPAC issued the following statement in response to media reports that personal injury trial lawyer Tony Buzbee called hundreds of his clients to meetings near the polls on the first four days of early voting in Galveston County. Galveston County Election reports indicate that over 90% of those who voted immediately following the Buzbee meetings had not voted in the March Republican Primary. Many had no history of ever voting in a Republican primary.
