Representative Patrick Rose Earns Statewide Award for Fighting Lawsuit Abuse

Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC today awarded State Representative Patrick Rose the TLR Civil Justice Leadership Award for his support of a fair and predictable civil justice system in Texas. Speaking to a luncheon in San Marcos, TLR PAC Chairman Richard Trabulsi said:
"Representative Rose is a strong and independent thinking legislator who stands by his principles and votes his conscience. He understands that a fair and balanced civil justice system is a critical factor in maintaining a healthy Texas economy and assuring broad access to doctors and health care statewide."
TLR PAC’s Civil Justice Leadership Award is presented to lawmakers who take a stand in support of the model lawsuit reforms that are boosting the Texas economy, creating jobs and bringing doctors to every community.
Representative Rose represents Texas House District 45 which includes Blanco, Caldwell and Hays Counties. He is Chairman of the Human Services Committee, Vice Chairman of the House Administration Committee and a member of the Higher Education Committee.
