Austin, TX) Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC announced its support of Lt. Col. Brian Birdwell (Ret.) who was recently elected to fill the seat of State Sen. Kip Averitt, who resigned from the State Senate earlier this year. Senator-elect Birdwell will complete Sen. Averitt’s term.
State House candidates backed by TLR PAC won several victories in the April 13 Democratic and Republican Run-Off Elections. TLR PAC also endorsed Judge Debra Lehrmann, candidate for the Texas Supreme Court, who won the Republican nomination for the Texas Supreme Court on Tuesday night.
