AUSTIN—Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC (TLRPAC) today endorsed Kimberly Fitzpatrick of Arlington in her campaign for the 342nd District Court in Tarrant County.
“Each election cycle, TLRPAC supports judicial candidates who understand the importance of a fair, efficient and honest legal system to Texas families and businesses,” TLRPAC General Counsel Lee Parsley said. “Kimberly Fitzpatrick understands the importance of impartial judges who apply the laws as written. We believe she will lead the 342nd Court with competence and integrity, and recommend her as the best choice in this race.”
Fitzpatrick is the mayor of Dalworthington Gardens and managing attorney of Harris Cook LLP’s Arlington location. She acts as in-house counsel for small businesses in matters regarding contracts, litigation and workforce issues, in addition to maintaining a general business, real estate and probate practice. Fitzpatrick is president of the Arlington Bar Association and past president, vice president, director and co-founder of the Arlington Young Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the State Bar of Texas Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and is involved with Mission Arlington, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arlington, the Salvation Army, Boys and Girls Club, Mansfield Cares, the YMCA and Junior League of Arlington. Fitzpatrick received her bachelor’s degrees and law degree from Texas Wesleyan University.
